Crème Brûlée French Toast Recipe
Creme Brulee or Crème Brûlée is my all time favorite dessert! I was introduced to it as a very young college student and have never had another dessert take its number 1 spot. If a restaurant has traditional french vanilla bean Crème Brûlée on the dessert menu, that is what I am having.

Step 1:
Any bread can be used with this mixture, yet french bread will give a great texture and overall result:)
You can also switch out the eggs for egg whites to make this a lighter version, as well as use non-fat or low fat milk.
Step 2:
Warm oil on a skillet.
Step 3:
Dip slice into mixture, not too long, do not over soak bread.
Whisk eggs and cream until you see it become bubbly and frothy.
Step 4:
Then fry on hot pan, until golden brown on each side.
Step 5:
Top with powdered sugar sifted for a fine finish, whip cream and fresh fruit are always a crowd pleaser!
