Cinnamon Bun DIY Massage Oil Tutorial

3 Ingredient DIY Massage Oil!!!
Valentine's Day is coming to town! No worries when it comes to creative gift giving, here is an easy 'Cinnabon' Cinnamon Bun scented DIY Massage Oil using pure essential oils for you and your honey bun! I wanted to share a quick and simple gift idea you can make for the approaching holiday that was fun and affordable to make. You can use things around the house and from your local health food store. Did you know that certain Essential Oils have a natural aphrodisiac effect to them and that makes an excellent idea for a relaxing massage oil, lol yes...they have oils for that too. I prefer things that smell like baked goods so naturally I created something to make one smell like a 'Cinnabon'...and who doesn't appreciate the smell of freshly baked cinnamon buns. You can opt to make the traditional liquid version of massage oil or the whipped version, both are available below:)

Step 1:

Measure 1 Cup carrier oil of choice (I used Almond) and pour into bowl. If you have extra virgin Olive Oil, that will work fabulously.

Step 2:

Add 8 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil or Cinnamon extract.
Add 8-10 drops Vanilla essential oil or Vanilla extract.

Step 3:

Whisk together to combine. Storage in glass container is best practices.

'Whipped' Option-

Use {room temperature} coconut oil and whip with electrical mixer for a whipped consistency.
Whip coconut oil for 30-45 seconds in mixer, next add 8 drops Cinnamon Bark essential oil and 8 drops Vanilla essential oil, OR (not both) use Abundance Essentail Oil finally whip both for another 30-45 seconds.

Done. and Done.
Happy Valentine's Day!
{or anniversary} :)
