Mini Football Pizzas

SUPER BOWL Snacks idea win, MINI FOOTBALL PIZZAS
As we are all getting ready for Super Bowl this weekend (or for any other football game day party) here is a quick and easy idea you can pull together for your event! These are Mini Football Pizzas that are perfect because they are individual size pizzas for your party guests, yet they are larger than hors d'oeuvres and smaller than a personal sized pizza that you'd find at a pizza parlor.

Personal Mini Size  |  Fun Size

Supplies:

8 English Muffins
Pizza Sauces
4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
Pepperoni
Garlic Salt
String Cheese

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut open your english muffins and set aside. Open your pizza sauces and use about 1 tablespoon per mini pizza.

Step 2:

Grate your mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top of each mini pizza. Lightly sprinkle a dusting of garlic salt for added flavor.

Step 3:

You will need 3 pepperoni per mini pizza to create the football shape. First cut 2 of the pepperoni straight down the center and place on top of the mini pizza, making the two corner shaped ends of the football. Next place 1 solid pepperoni in the middle of the corners to complete the football design.

Step 4:

Then slice a couple strips off the string cheese, about a strand and a half per football to create the laces on each. Cut a long piece of string cheese, then make 5 other sizes to make the laces.

Step 5:

Place on baking sheet and put in the oven for 8-10 minutes, depending on your oven.

These were a big hit at my house and the kids also really loved eating these. Much of the ingredients I already had on hand which was great for putting together food ideas for a Super Bowl party on a budget. I always scan the fridge and pantry first before planning the menu and making a trip the market. Hope you like these mini pizzas as much as we did. Let me know if you have any questions.
Enjoy!

DONE.
Let me know how it turns out....
