Washi Tape DIY Clipboard- Tutorial

Today we have a guest post by Mellisa at The Life of a Craft Crazed Mom....hope you have great week!

What a great gift for your new teacher!  Of course they all need a clipboard, right?  Why not have an adorable one like this!!  A useful, and inexpensive gift!!
Washi Tape Clipboard

The steps to make one yourself are so simple.  I used fabric washi tape but you could definitely use regular washi tape if you'd like.  Start by placing your tape in a straight line across the top of the clipboard wrapping slightly around the sides.  I used and exacto knife to cut my tape at the edges of the board.  Continue with tape all of the way down the board.  I added a few fabric flowers in the corner of my board for a little extra touch.  I also decided to add a decorated pencil along with my board.  Place two pieces of tape on the pencil the long way to cover.  Really easy, right?

Any teacher would love this!!

That was a quick and easy craft by Mellisa at The Life of a Craft Crazed Mom blog, please stop by and check her out!!

Welcome to the SWEET HAUTE Blog! I recently switched back to Blogger after goDaddy managed WP deleted my database from 2015-on so most if not all current comments/ past posts are gone. Please leave a comment or ask a question below. If a post you are looking for isn't appearing, it is still on my YouTube channel. You can also email me, find out more in the 'About' section. Thanks!
