WEEK 3
Hey everyone, Week 3 is here and I am almost finished...to be honest the time has really flown by! This week I pretty much cut back on the Ghee, Sea Salt, and had absolutely no Coconut Oil. I just wanted to make sure I was not over using the ghee since I was only supposed to have a thumb size portion, I still felt that was a lot per meal. I used minimal sea salt during the cooking the meals, but tried not to use any while eating or as finishing salt. I need to try to drink more water for my 4th week because I was not remembering to drink my 8 cups a day. Luckily I am not craving anything, which is fantastic because I usually crave sweets. I am still really enjoying and looking forward to my daily sweet potatoes since that is my only sweet component during this challenge.

Wow, looking back I really did eat A LOT of sweet potatoes....almost every meal it looks like, besides the token butternut squash which is extremely similar in flavor. Sorry the pictures look so identical but I promised to take many photos so I still did. I feel great and looking forward to my next sweet potato, not tired of them yet at all!
