Step 1:

Boil eggs for 7 minutes, remove from heat and let eggs sit for another 15 minutes in the water pot. Drain water and fill pot with cold water to start the cooling process. Set them aside

I use this time to start other meal prep and to set up any other Game Day decor or tend to tasks, like cleaning up as you cook. If you're in a hurry you can start peeling while they are hot, usually done under cold running water. I wait until they are cool to proceed.

EGG PEELING TIP: Crush shell up inside of a glass cup, add a few drips of water. Spin around and shake/crack egg shell with a little water makes the shells come off easily and super quick!!

Step 2:

Peel eggs, carefully.

Step 3:

Carefully slice eggs, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place yolks into bowl to prep for making the filling.

Step 4:

'Grate' the yolks with a mesh strainer. This makes the egg yolks filling EXTRA smooth!

Step 5:

Add wet ingredients to yolks and combine all together!
-mayonaise
-mustard
-Vinegar

Optional:
- add Dill Pickle {optional}
- add Jalepeno {optional}
- add Bacon Bits {optional}

Step 6:

Sprinkle lightly with Cayenne Pepper and or smoked Paprika. Chop up herbs and garnish.

Now all you have to do is enjoy the game...
Happy Super Bowl Sunday:)
