St. Patrick's Day Ombré Punch Recipe

St. Patrick's Day Ombré Punch Recipe

How to make an easy St. Patrick's Day Ombré Punch layered drink. This is such a fun beverage to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with. Even the kids can help with this one in the kitchen and it can teach them a little science project in the process about density. The trick to making any type of layer drinks is the sugar density content in each layer. AND pouring them each in slowly and with care.

I love making and sharing layered drinks, they are so much fun to make and drink!
My kids get a kick out of the way it looks and they love eating and drinking cool looking stuff.
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in a fun and unique way this year:)

How to make a Green Ombre Layered Drink!

Supplies:

White Beverage
   -pina colada
   -Sobe white drink
Green Beverage
   -Kiwi drink
   -Green Hawaiian Punch
   -Aloe drink
Clear Beverage
   -clear Apple Juice
   -White Grape Juice
   -Gatorade
Glass Cup
Straw
Lime
Green Sprinkles

Step 1:

Pour your white liquid first, we used Pina Colada Mix for our punch.
This layer will be your heaviest liquid. Pina Colada was 50g sugar.

Step 2:

Slowly add your green liquid, we used Kiwi fruit juice that was 24g sugar.

Step 3:

Slowly add your clear liquid, we used clear apple juice but I would recommend using a clear flavor Gatorade that will compliment your flavors. The apple was 21g sugar.

Step 4:

Garnish with Lime slice and enjoy!

  1. Oh so pretty! And reminds me of the Shamrock Shakes they used to have at Mickey D's when I was little.

    2. it does taste really yummy and I've never tasted a shamrock shake but this one is tart yet has the creaminess of the 'cream milk' base...pina colada milk that is:)
