Spring DIY Crafts

These crafts are not only attractive and amazing to look at, but the chance of the everyday person, busy mother to actually make one of these crafts is high. These projects seem very attainable, easy to put together in a fairly reasonable amount of time....yet the impact is grand. You will be happy you took the time out to make one for your home.


First up we got the beautiful tissue paper flower Chandelier!! by Martinel Perfect for hanging in a place that you want to embellish but you do not want or cannot hang an actual working electrical light fixture such as a fancy chandelier. Love that this is affordable, the supplies are easily found, and it is kid friendly. This can be make on a lazy afternoon or rainy day when kids can't go outside. Your end result will be marvelous!!!

 Rainboot and tulip 'wreath' by Refresh Restyle. This is SUCH a great idea for when your little girl (or boy) grows out of her adorable little rain boots and instead of donating them to good will, you can also re-purpose them into something crafty! This a fast and effective craft, which the supplies you already have or can pick up easily at the dollar store!

 No Sew Curtians by Brocantuse Rose
Curtains can make a room feel 'fisnished' or give it a homie vibe. This is a DIY project that can make curtain hanging more attainable, since sometimes it can get expensive once you buy all your supplies.  The kids can help, teenagers can do themselves, college dorms will feel better than ever people!

 DIY (Water Color Dipped) Tassel Garland by Ann Kay Designs
Need I say {or type} more...??? Oh yes this is so fun! This DIY tassel garland is on trend and great for a lot of palettes or your next special occasion. Instead of paying upwards of $300?! for the professional version of these....you can make it yourself with tissue paper, mylar, water color paint, glitter....whatever you wish!

DIY Bird Nest Decor by SWEET HAUTE
Nothing says spring like some cute little bird nests! These are adorable and easy to make with affordable supplies found at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, and Michael's craft store, or dollar store. 
These fit in with the decor all year round too, not just spring time!

Bunny Peeps Smores 'basket' Jars: at The Culinary Life
Personally I love peeps, I cannot eat them as often as I would like. I don't really like marshmallows like my kids do, but there is something able the specific taste of peeps. I LOVE it, and how easy is the Easter gift idea!


Bunny Ear Favor Bags! by DIY Stuff. Cute and inexpensive idea for this kids school party or at church Sunday school for the kids. You probably have these supplies on hand at the house already and you can whip these up in no time!!


Hybrid Easter Wreath by Rhonna Designs. This is a beautiful, uplifting, and inspiring wreath. I don't know how fast I could make this, but it is still a realistic craft you can create for not a lot of money in a reasonable amount of time.


Cheery Neon 'Dipped' Panters by Handmade Charlotte. These painted crafty pots are attractive and FUNCTIONAL for those that have a green thumb and will be heading out to get their yards ready for spring time!


DIY Bunting Banner by Fox Hollow Cottage. This tutorial will be great for your spring decor.

DIY Painted Mason Jars by Pinterest and the Pauper. You also might have all you need for this project. Pastel paints, kerr mason jars, and low grit sand paper. And there you have it, beautiful mason jars for decor, vases, and spring center pieces!
